These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application SumRush published by Argento Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Argento Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SumRush for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (c) use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent; (d) use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
The App integrates certain third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:
All in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads") are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. By making a purchase, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play.
SumRush stores your game progress and high scores locally on your device using Jetpack DataStore. For the global leaderboard, your scores and anonymous IDs may be processed by Google Play Services and Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries if we detect cheating or abuse.
All content in the App — including graphics, music, sound effects, code, and game design — is owned by or licensed to Argento Labs. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Argento Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
