• Firebase Analytics: Used to understand how users interact with the game (e.g., levels reached, session duration) to improve the user experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect technical logs and crash reports to improve app stability.

2. In-App Purchases (Billing)

Our App offers In-App Purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads"). All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your financial information or credit card details. We only receive a notification from Google confirming the successful purchase to unlock the digital content.

3. Consent Management (GDPR/CCPA)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regulated regions, the App implements the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. This allows you to manage your privacy preferences and consent regarding personalized advertising and data collection at any time through the in-game settings.

4. Local Data Storage

SumRush stores game progress, high scores, and user preferences locally on your device using Jetpack DataStore. This data remains on your device and is not uploaded to our private servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
