1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Arcani Tarot & Meditation app ("App"), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

The App is provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. It is intended for use by adults or under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. In-App Purchases (License)

Our App offers a one-time In-App Purchase to remove advertisements permanently ("Remove Ads"). This is a perpetual license tied to your Google Play account.

• Billing: All transactions are processed through the Google Play Billing System. By making a purchase, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Restoration: If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore your purchase using the same Google Play account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Argento Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Argento Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated interpretations or the App's functionality.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App or your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
