Argento Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Arcani Tarot & Meditation mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. No Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The App is designed to function without requiring a user account or registration.

2. In-App Purchases and Billing Data

Our App offers a one-time In-App Purchase to remove advertisements ("Remove Ads"). All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System.

We do not collect or store your financial information or credit card details. We only receive a notification from Google confirming a successful transaction to unlock the premium feature of the App. This entitlement is tied to your Google Play account.

3. Data Processing and AI Services

When you use the "Interrogate the Arcana" feature, the questions you input (via text or voice) are processed as follows:

• Transient Processing: Your questions are sent to third-party artificial intelligence services (Groq) to generate a response.
• No Persistent Storage: We do not store your questions or the AI-generated responses on our proprietary servers. The data is processed transiently and is only stored locally on your device in your reading history, which you can clear at any time.
• Voice Data: If you use voice dictation, the audio is processed by your device's native speech-to-text engine (e.g., Google Speech Services). We do not record or store audio files.

4. Technical Usage Data and Third-Party Services

The App may collect anonymous technical data to ensure stability and improve performance. This data is processed by third-party services:

• Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, updates, billing, and basic analytics.
• AdMob: If ads are enabled, AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve non-personalized or personalized ads depending on your consent and region. By purchasing the "Remove Ads" license, this service is disabled.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or higher as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect information from children. Parental supervision is recommended for younger users.
